About After Cheese

After Cheese is the moment we find ourselves in now– the moment where the absurd, the kitschy, the excruciatingly mundane all collapse into each other and into what was once the height of culture.

Our thought was once to call this place “Aesthetic Cheese” but then, we figured, the aesthetic is dead, and cheese, however ripe, never smells the same way to two different people any more, so… abandon all pretense of disinterested appreciation of the sublime and the beautiful, and just do our best to create something interesting as we describe what we smell.
